They say it takes 21 days for something to become a habit, but how do you make it through those 21 days?

When coming to college, I had no motivation in the beginning to workout because my schedule had just totally changed.  I then started to follow accounts on Instagram called “befitmotivation””fitnessgirlmotivation” where they post motivational quotes.  On Twitter I follow health food accounts where they posted pictures of healthy foods which would make me crave and remind myself to eat healthy.

You can also stay motivated by working out with your friends.  It makes it a better experience when you have someone to run with or even just get you to go to the gym.
