My favorite summer salad recipe that my dad makes for me is…
-Organic mixed greens (sometimes from our garden)
-Fresh strawberries picked from the garden
-1/2 an avocado
-walnuts & almonds
Homemade salad dressing: Avocado oil, balsamic, minced garlic, minced onion, and a dash of sea salt.
My favorite pasta dish:
-Organic 100% whole wheat pasta
-Organic spinach (from the garden in the summer)
mixed with avocado oil and a dash of sea salt and pepper. (sometimes add chicken)
My favorite chicken dish:
What you will need..
-Organic chicken breast
-4 of your favorite vegetables
-pepper & sea salt seasoning
Marinate the chicken for 30 mins. prior to cooking in avocado oil and your sea salt & pepper seasoning. Cook the chicken thoroughly. In a separate pan with a little bit of avocado oil (or coconut oil) cook your vegetables for however long you wish. For the last minute, mix together the chicken and vegetables and stir around. Serve with a side of quiona or brown rice and enjoy!
